The C.L.E.A.R. Mindset™ Framework was initially developed (2012-2015) by Grooa consultants Laura Lozza and Monica Garcia, with the goal of helping leaders and organizations face, initiate, and productively address workplace disagreements.
The Framework is rooted in the belief that healthy disagreements are the birthplace of every advances in human evolution, in terms of productive, innovative, and enjoyable collaborations.
We quickly became aware that developing the capabilities to handle disagreements in a positive and productive way is a fundamental step in creating an inclusive and safe culture where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued.
The Framework started from understanding the neuroscience of conflicts, which often begins with believing in our own logic and failing to realise that logic often tends to confirm our intuition.
That is the beginning of unproductive conflicts when each of us brings data to support alternative logics, instead of opening up to learning new useful insights.
The C.L.E.A.R. Mindset™ approach is primarily rooted in the behavioural discoveries of Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman: intuition guides our logic and different intuitions lead to different logics, hence enquiring and disclosing are better ways to collaborate and reach an improved decision than explaining our own logic.
What is The C.L.E.A.R. Mindset™?
The C.L.E.A.R. Mindset™ is a Transformational Leadership Program.
The C.L.E.A.R. Mindset™ curriculum is specifically designed to help you develop the skills and the confidence to influence and mobilize others, starting from being intentionally able to be present, emotionally coherent and inclusive; then further helping you develop the essential skills necessary for leading yourself and others through ambiguity, change and the challenges of inclusive co-creation; finally training you on the hard-core competences of creating trust, encouraging shared ownership and holding mutual accountability.
Additionally, the Curriculum helps you design and develop an intentional dedication to support a learning culture, where everybody learns from mistakes and everybody feels accountable, so that you and the people you influence can steadily move ahead towards sustainable results.
