Today Leadership is no longer associated with command and control.
It has everything to do with mobilising people, of course, including ourselves.
It has to do with trusting, engaging, aligning, empowering, but it also involves clarifying, demanding, creating shared ownership and mutual accountability.
Many offer leadership courses without defining leadership.
Here is our definition:
Leadership today is the ability to positively influence, within a collaborative context, in order to co-create meaningful progress.
