Our Executive Coaches thoroughly explore what the client wants from the sessions, establishing measures of success for the client, and ensuring that both client and coach are clearly aligned about the coaching purpose.

Further, the coach regularly checks whether the direction of coaching is continuing to serve the client’s coaching purpose and makes changes in direction if necessary based on feedback from client.

The coach creates a safe space for sharing, listens, provokes, asks powerful questions and uses direct communication in order to encourage awareness and works in partnership with the client to design actions (including thinking, creating and doing) for the clients’ learning experimentation.

The coach holds the client accountable for the learning and personal transformation.
