Appreciating the Value and Richness of Diverse Perspectives,

across different ages and experience levels.

The LIS WOMAN conversations, restricted to members, are always rich and inspiring.

We also want to share some moments with non-members to spread useful ideas and perhaps to inspire some to joining the community, which we want to keep as diverse as possible.

This is why we organise free Open Participation Events online.

Next Event:

Maximising the Potential of Intergenerational Diversity

What is the Purpose?

We wish to raise attention to a key, but often underestimated, aspect of creating a Productively Inclusive workplace.

  • Leadership today requires focus on Inclusion of Diversities.
  • Inclusion Programs often disregard Generational Diversity.
  • Yet we believe that learning to appreciate opinions from different ages and seniority levels can  provide a breakthrough experience to shift mindsets and guide leaders in their journey towards broader inclusion of “everyone”.

What is the Format?

In this Event we will have a Moderated Panel Discussion, followed by a plenary discussion

  • The founders of LIS WOMAN will be the Panel for this event: Pauline Lindwall, Monica Garcia, Marie Pascale Sire, Laura Lozza.
  • They will share experiences and suggestions and the discussion will be moderated by  Elena Digirolamo of Grooa.
  • The panel discussion will last ca. 40 minutes; we expect the follow-up discussion to be between 20 and 30 minutes.

How can I join the Event?

We shall meet online on April 18 at 6:00 pm CET (Central European Time).

  • Participation, upon being registered, is free.
  • Please complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page.
  • Once you have registered, you will receive a link to connect on the Teams platform of the Event.
